transit

here i am , on my way home, staying 18 hours in transit in kuala lumpur airport, no way to get out!!! so here i am happy to be no smokers, i don't need to go smoke into toilets anymore!!! i am i a special salon, you pay and you can stay a certain numbets of hours, it is a bit boaring but what is funny for me is to play this game : try to find the nationality of people around me before i can ear theirs langages
the plane from bali to kuala was full of russian people, i imagine them living i the steppes, toundra's land...
i am here sitting on a big chair, looking the night in the airport, it is wird because the lights are o bigs, you can not feel if it is day or night
and i have no more books to read... argh!!! i am not not into a drawing mood, i did almost no art in this trip, only read and yoga and walk
about yoga, i will say that it was strange to take class in ubud , too much fancy, almost fashion and i felt odl and fat!!!! hahhahhahahha! no smoking make me feel pulpy like plain, like a plain fat yogourt but i like it!
i dont know which picture i choose because internet is not so good in the airport and it came without i could see which one it was, just i know it is a picture from bali!

india or asia

for me bali is between asia and india with a big touch of tourist thinking
i went to a yin yoga class today and i like it!tomorow is my last day here... all travels have to end one day

ubud

on my road for ubud, i will be alone, my husband left this morning to thailand, i will stay 3 days in solo before going back home
i feel very low and lazzy, still some hours with this feeling i miss somethings, may be it is tobacco
please, use a translator for read my travel part;;;

cow

and here too i take pictures of cow
it is rainning so much, no power, so time to meditate

the book shop

hey dera friends, actually i write more in french, i am sure you will find the way the read my articles about bookshop. i love the idear of travelling with books and let them on the road... and get some others that i did not expect
enjoy reading

full moon

i get a bit confused with moon and thought full moon was yesterday, so did no yoga yesterday and a lot today even if my emotions were very down, with so much rain and still bad dreams from the past... may be it is freedom coming in.. and tobacco going out.
no dance for me today, just walks, counting my artjournal pages : 69 doubles pages.
counting my breath under meditation, counting days with no more tobacco.
yes i am on the road
thanks for all my bloggers friends , your support is big for me

bali s beach

Walk on the beach

Each day i take a walk on the beach nearby, just around the corner of the hotel.
Somedays the tropical rain is against me but tropical rain is also bringing smell out, bad or good. My new no-smoking nose is open here with those jumping smells.
Actually i go to the beach aroune 3 pm, it is full and all nationality are here, not doing the same things… i will say that whites are burning theirs fat on chairs when others are doing sports.Asian people love to take pictures of themselves near the waves.local people are the workers. They sale massages or littles gadgets, cold drinks…
The beach is very busy, all day busy.
The beach is also very dirty ! lots of junks everywhere, so i don’t swin here, just walk with my ipod on ears, watching bodies, smiles and diversity of humanity

i write ;ore easy in frenc when it is time to talk about travel, still not smoking as a personnal victory

bali flowers

hey dear bloggers friends; i dont have internet at my hotel so i go to public computers not so easy to publish with it
i hope you are all fine.
i am still not smoking and happy to be free
here is some bali s flowers and few words in french about flowers and pollution
enjoy

since yesterday night, i feel depress, i also have lots of negative thinking.
early morning, very early i went for a walk, after a bit of yoga and meditation but i start to cry, usddenly, just after reading an email from work not that nice but not that bad as well. it was enough for me to cry!!!! a lot!
i know this depress feelings are coming from stopping smoking but they are so hard to control
also it is 3 days with no electricity and no more water since this morning!!!!
patience, this is what i am learning
also tolerance and humility, also to forgive and love people even when they don't love you, what is surprising is also to feel loved or helped by people you don't expect! and i feel helped by you, all blogger's friend, may be also because i feel free to say what i think and feel here on the blog, i don't try to hyde my fears
