when i have to deal again with my lonely individual practise, sometime my body becomes hard , like now, with this knee painfull to slow me down.
todat i finish first serie, now i have to keep it no more escape and add a few postures like handstand, working more on back bending...
i so wish i could find something to release more into knees and be abble to do padmasana...
any suggestions ?
