some days we feel sure about our emotions, we dont see they are lying, we feel sure that, if we are a bit tense, it is others that agress you, but in fact, may be when we are tense, everything is agressing us. once again, yoga can help me to find some answers. i suffer right now when i practise, lots of pain in hips. i try to do my best out of it and to keep smiling inside. coming back from tour, after madagascar i am sure of this, i am lucky to be born in a western countrie out of powerty.
