this morning, after the yoga, i stay like stiff, my back yells to me : stop! this is a card i did a few days ago, for now, my art is slow, i am cutting papers, making book marks
This is beautiful! Slow can be good sometimes altho' frustrating. When my back is bad, the only thing I am able to do is make art - I feel so lucky to have it. Take care x
