intense week

certaines semaines sont intenses en stress et en travail. trop de travail, c est sur. pas de temps pour l art, beaucoup de tensions inutiles, peu de moments ou je me sens l esprit serein pour appliquer ce que j enseigne moi meme en cours de yoga. heureusement il y a le yoga et cette belle sensation de faire du bien a ceux et celles qui prennent le cours. merci aux eleves qui illuminent mes journess

very slow energy

actually, i am verys slow in energy, its seems that being back to work eat my lightness. because besides figthing for us t get a little bit of money for perform pakret, work is far from performing, papers meeting with people very stressfull... my only very good time is early morning, walking in sugarcanne, teaching yoga. i am lucky becaue teaching gives me lots of goods. i did a bit of art journaling , trying to relax my brain... taking pictures of the garden is also relaxing

working with old ladies, funky viraz project

this week, i worked on the FUNKY VIRAZ PIECE, with old ladies, very fascinating project. it is nice to make some women feels hapy when they had work all their life without any good time. now is their time to feel funky

back home, after so much time

i am sick, with a big flu, back home. this long travel back home is very tirering. i am happy to be back, but, since i am here, my creativity is gone. may be the flu makes me too lazy. since i am here , i teached 3 classes, it was good to be back on teaching after all this time. i enjoy the dragonfruits from te garden. i like my house. on my way home, from airport to my house, ne more noises, only grenn, this island is deep green on raining season. the gardein is wild. mosquitos too. so i stay lazy on the sofa, with the cat, waiting for this awfull bigflu to go away
