poetry

may be the rain
will brush my pain
if i stand over
and become better
may be the rain
will wash my brain
if i stand under
to feel it better
my be the rain
will give me plain
if i beleive stronger
to smile for ever

poésie

Effet mère

Drôle d’atmosphère
Trop tard, c’est fait !
Faits-divers
Souvenirs amers
En travers

Danse éphémère
Paire d’effets
Devant derrière
Verre solitaire
Boule de nerfs.

Peut-être sorcière
Au solstice d’été
Roumba d’enfer
Corps en colère
Pieds en l’air

Avant d’être mère
Elle fut fée
Fée d’hiver
Lots of affairs
Trop d’affaires !

Fée ou sorcière
Selon les dés
Papier ou pierre
Pleine et légère
Ultra mère !

i felt like a poetry, in french, too hard to translate with keeping the right meanings.
it is all about being a fairy or a witch, about time, days and wishes or bewitching!
may be the rain was so trong today that it wash my brain, may be it is because i stopped at the fairy floss shop!
well blue mood blue mind
never mind
time is to play
with fairies and tales
tell us art way
this picture was take with a iphone when i was performing at friends house, picture from Costa, composer and musician

still@thecentre

Un vernissage à Still@thecentre

difficult to translate en english, i went to art exhibition yesterday, very nice art based on rust, old things collected from the past, butterflyes, clothes... Sherru Piccone is brilliant, creative and original; this rust line is driving you into another world
hope you will stop to Byron Bay to visit the exhibition

jim dandy

Jim dandy

Jim is an old man of Byron bay, i am very lucky to met years a couple years ago. since this time, i stay to his house when i come here. at the beginneing, i was renting a room but , now, i am a kind of part of this wonderfull family.
jim is loosing his memory, not from the past but from everydaylife, from now! so he doesnt rent any room anymore. hes sons are taking car of him, everyday but lightely, that jim could feel that he is still ok.
jim forgets which day it is, where is the butter, who is sleeeping here, when he should go to the doctor but he does not forget beer time ! everyday at 5 pm, he is ready for a beer! his sons are here in time, they swaps days.
jim likes to go out for dinner, then we take a taxi for his favorites places, like the thai restaurant which belongs to his granddaughter. he likes to make jokes and to watch at nice womens!! he can even ask some chili if the girls what brings foud is smiling! each time, we have a good time when we go out for dinner, lots ofs laugths. lol
his sons are nice and i bring the french touch as they said. i cook thems some french dinners, and they make jokes of my poor english!
whaouh, i am very lucky, lucks of teh travellers!!
thanks to the pitt's team for be so generous!

what do you do when you are not practising yoga ?

this is the question i asked myself after the class at dena's shala of byron bay. all those people, what are they doing after ? i thought of Ness, a yoga friend from mysore who is picturing others doing yoga in hotels room, i did pose for her; and i imagine of doing something like this, take a picture of others yogers where i met them, if i met them.
i will see how far this can go. i already met 2 ladies and tomorow i will asked them if i can picture them.
what do i do when i am not practising ? i walk and take picture, i draw... i read.

nice day at the beach

after my earky morning yoga class, i went and spend time at this wonderfull beach, behind where i stay. it is a beach out of town, much more quiet. a few people are swimming naked but it is ok, not that much of nudes!
lot sof birds, lots of waves and some red water form the tea tree oils, they are in flowers so rivers around are red, gold when it get to the sea. just beautifull, it gives energy to walk near the ocean.

colors

sometimes i feel like my art is made of only little things that everyone could do! i mean it and i also feel it in my dance work. i don"t see it in a bad way, just as it is.
i can spend hours coloring some stamps or making douts around a sticker i did glue on a white page. i aslo like to cut papers for glue them on collage but also jut cut papers, like used bags or enveloppes; everybody culd do it. childrens do it.
in dance, i do the same with attitudes from everyday life; even for lucy but i mixed it with monkeys' gestures.
and i am here, seating on the bed or on the floor, it could be everywhere, it is everywhere! drawing on small notes books, writing...
i enjoy to do thoses littles things. and this is my way for art.

it is like taking a walk on the beach, each time the same but each time so différent.
simple, like being here, in Byron Bay
after a night of bus, i am, lets say, grogy, groovy.
i did simples things and it is great.
hope to paint tomorow...i will start my yoga class early, so i will have plenty of time after.

jet lag

after a long trip, nice flight a bit long but i was lucky 3 seats just for me,, i am taking e few hours break before it take the road again, i am at my daughters ' flat, opening the suite case beacause one beer that i came with for my australian's friend had explosed. all is wet, direct to laundry. fater a big breakfast, we went in tonw for a walk! now resting befor i go for a road trip with the Byron Bay Bus! see you tomorow after lets says 20 hours!
